Testimonial

The Core-Elation Yoga Teacher Training course was immediately transformative, informative, and inspiring. The experience was both supportive and challenging, inviting me to discover my personal edge in a safe and thoughtful space. Yet, it was after months of teaching my own classes and of exposure to the styles and perspectives of other teachers that I fully appreciated the richness of the training I received. Sylvie and Brian model the integration of yogic philosophy into one’s everyday life and encourage their students to find authentic ways to live yoga off the mat. This ‘whole life’ approach to teacher training continues to bring great depth to my personal practice, ongoing learning, and to my teaching. Although our course is completed, I still think of Sylvie as my teacher and am thankful for her continued guidance, encouragement, and insights.
