Testimonial

"Yoga classes at Core-elation are no ordinary sequencing of postures to exercise the body. Yoga, I have learned, is about focus, foundation, awareness, strength, unity, wholeness, conscious movement, and harmony between body, mind and spirit. Sylvie the owner, and principal teacher is like a great, ancient book of knowledge who opens up to reveal one secret, one important piece of information each class which allows my yoga practice to grow while understanding the true path of yoga. Yoga nourishes my soul while improving my posture and body awareness. Classes at Core-elation are sheer bliss."
