I currently provide classes to help students with alignment and to create home sequences.

Also for yoga teachers needing support with various issues and for students interested in yoga philosophy for everyday living.

The schedule is open; you are welcome to drop in at any class. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your 1st class.

The schedule is subject to improvements: please visit our site regularly to ensure accuracy

How to Prepare for Class:

  • bring a yoga mat; we do have a few extras if you don't have one yet

  • wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in

  • refrain from wearing any scented products such as perfumes, scented creams, scented laundry detergent, dryer sheets...Some of our members are seriously allergic and can suffer heavy physical discomforts.

  • please be on time or early! ~ 15 minutes early is best, especially if its your first class

  • turn cell phone and pagers off

  • drink water before and after class; try to avoid drinking during class to maintain internal heat

  • avoid eating heavy meals two hours before class ~ if hungry eat fruit: it digests quickly. No gum please.
