Uncovering one's purpose — “dharma” — removes mental distractions and brings a sense of inner peace, the experience that all is well. In my experience, the best tool to uncover or connect with one's dharma, which really has nothing to do with the social construct of success, is meditation. If you don't have a meditation practice yet, start today, even for 7 minutes. The return on your time spent in silence is one of the best investments you will make.
