COMMUNITY DAY

We invite you to invite your friends and enjoy a 45 minute yoga class. Our community day will allow our community to enjoy a yoga class for the low exchange of $7.00 and all funds will be donated to iSisters a locale charity.

8:00-8:45 ~ free your hips (Sylvie)

9:15-10:00 ~ vinyasa flow (Sylvie)

10:30-11:15 ~ gentle flow (Martha)

11: 45-12:30 ~ vinyasa flow (Martha)

1:00-1:45 ~ family yoga (Catherine)

2:15-3:00 ~ yoga for teens (Catherine)

4:00-4:45 ~ hot vinyasa flow (Eryn)

5:15-6:00PM ~ hot power flow-core (Eryn)
